Declaration on accessibility

The Attersee Exclusiv Residential property developer GmbH is endeavouring to make its website www.amAttersee.at in accordance with the Federal Act on Barrier-free Access to Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government (Web Accessibility Act - WZG) BGBl. I. No. 59/2019 as amended, barrier-free accessibility.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is protected because of the following Incompatibilities and Exceptions partly complies with conformance level AA of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG 2.1" or with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Non-accessible content

a. Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

• Keyboard navigation & focus marking:
  Some interactive elements cannot yet be fully operated with the keyboard or have insufficient focus marking.
• Missing alternative texts for images:
  Some decorative images do not yet contain alternative texts.
• Low colour contrast:
  Due to our corporate design, some text elements have insufficient colour contrast, which can impair legibility for people with visual impairments.
• Complex language:
  Parts of the website use technical jargon, common abbreviations or complex sentence structures that may be difficult for people with cognitive impairments to understand.

b. Disproportionate burden

• Accessible PDFs:
  Many PDF documents (such as exposés, plans or floor plans) were created before the accessibility requirements came into force and cannot be made completely accessible at a later date.
• Audio descriptions for videos:
  Not all embedded videos currently have audio descriptions.
• Insufficient keyboard operability:
  Not all interactive elements can be fully operated using the keyboard or have visible focus markers.

c. Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation

• Archived documents and content,
  published before 28 June 2025 (e.g. older PDFs and multimedia content).
• External content and embedded services from third-party providers
  (e.g. social media feeds, maps or plug-ins) that are outside the sphere of influence of Attersee Exclusiv Wohnbauträger GmbH.

Enforcement proceedings

In the event of unsatisfactory responses from the above-mentioned contact option, you can lodge a complaint with the Complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency with limited liability (FFG) contact. The FFG accepts applications via the Contact form of the complaints office complaints electronically.

The complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an organisation attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must make recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the existing deficiencies.
